Bonnie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Light Within LLC. She owns and operates this business in addition to providing human factors engineering (HFE) and human systems integration (HSI) consulting to several government and legal clients. Over the past twenty+ years, she has earned a B.S. in Aerospace Science, an M.A. in Human Factors and Applied Cognitive Psychology, and is a Certified Coaching Practitioner. Bonnie's resume includes providing research and engineering support to high-profile government institutions such as NASA, U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, Naval Sea Systems Command, Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Bonnie currently supports the NASA Engineering Safety Center, the U.S. Coast Guard's HSI Division, and the Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology (S&T) HSI Branch as a Human Systems Integration Consultant. She also serves as a Human Factors Expert Witness on consumer product plaintiff cases.​​​​​
